Emergency Paediatric First Aid Qualification (Unit 1 of the FAA Paediatric First Aid Award)
This comprehensive qualification is designed for individuals responsible for the care of babies and children. It equips learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to confidently respond to a wide range of paediatric first aid situations and medical emergencies.
By the end of the course, learners will have developed the competence required to assess incidents quickly, provide effective first aid, and support the wellbeing of infants and children until professional medical help arrives.
The Emergency Paediatric First Aid qualification forms Unit 1 of the two-day FAA Paediatric First Aid course. Upon completion, learners have the opportunity to progress to Unit 2, enabling them to achieve the full two-day FAA Award in Paediatric First Aid.
